incremental success


  • managed to (slightly) carbonate kombucha
  • went walking after dinner for a few nights in a row
  • actually called a psych doc, left msg with receptionist, got voicemail back from doc, and two days later(now) emailed doc back
  • have not cried at work in a while(at least a week?)
  • finally got around to deleting Facebook account
